Since incorporating in 2004, TalkTime has expanded into the international market offering wholesale voice termination to carriers and businesses worldwide. We have partnered with local PTT's in various markets that enable us to offer competitive pricing to our clients.

About the Management Team

Raymond Bouraad, CEO, has been in the Telecommunication Industry since 1990 providing wholesale Long Distance Services to different providers.
Our colocation facilities, softswitches and NOC services are maintained by TeleExpress a.k.a UTEL.
